Howto produce a core dump under windows

Hi to all!

We have a program which crashes at our customer. Unfortunately we
cannot reproduce the problem at the company.

Thus I had the idea to make a debug build under Microsoft Visual
Studio6 and ship that debug build to the customer. My hope is that it
will create a "core dump" which I can analyze later on.

To guarantee that approach works I ran the program with invalid data
and brought it to crash. Nice crash, - but no core dump.

The MSDN-lib states that drwtsn32.exe is able to store core dump
information. But regardles what I configure in drwtsn32.exe I see no
core dump.

Any Ideas?
