Hi

I am using Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 1.

I have never yet been successful in installing a PostScript driver onto
my PC. I had no such problems on Win98SE!

I am able to install the drivers as PostScript, however when selecting
the printer and attempting to change a PostSctipt setting, such as
adding Printers' Marks, I get the message 'To use these options, you
must select a PostScript printer.'

Has anyone else had similar problems, or is there something obvious I
have missed out? I have tried various versions of the Adobe PostScript
driver too.

Kind Regards

Paul Marshall

Try installing an XP printer from control pannel. I could not find the
driver for my postscript printer, but found one for another which works OK.
Note: although it failed to print the test page due to an unrecognised
command, it prints everything else OK.

Thanks I'll try that!
