Sharing and security on windows 2000 servers

I have a problem with sharing and security on windows 2000 (domain
member).
The domain is 2000 native.

I have a share folder on my file server (windows 2000 server - domain
member).
In the sharing tab the security is: everybody full control.
In the security tab I have only administrator full control.
If I add a user, the user has access to the share folder.
If I add a group (global, local or universal) that the user is a
member in it, the user does not have access to the share folder.

Can anybody please help me?
