I have a google alert set up to look for entries on the net on Bayeux
the town.

I get alerts with resumés like the following.

Armenian embroidery is also known by other names as well; one such
other name is Maltese embroidery, because it was The Origin and Date
of the Bayeux Embroidery BY *disabling hacking date expiration
software* ROGER SHERMAN LOOMIS f.^ o OUBTLESS Philippe Lauer, the
distinguished savant of directx software emulation ...

the group title being "jFocfg"

I actually clicked on one of these entries to see what it was about
but although it was posted the same day google couldn't find it.
Does anybody know what the idea of these postings are?

Usually some kind of spam, with a bunch of random phrases or snippets inserted,
so the thousands of messages they send don't all look the same, and get instantly
deleted by automatic anti-spam software.
