Anybody succeded in installing debian on Sun Fire 280R or
have an suggestion?
Thanks in advanced

Maybe, but probably not. Does it boot Solaris ok? If so I
defintely wouldn't go replacing or playing with any h/w.
The first trap is an instruction access error. That is an error
trap that can mean one of:
- uncorrectable system bus data/Mtag ECC encountered during
instruction fetch. In the above circumstances this would
likely indicate a memory DIMM problem (or that reset code
did not initialize memory correctly, but I'm sure you're
using the regular OBP/POST etc).
- BERR response from system bus during an instruction fetch.
The address presented for fetch is claimed by some device
but it doesn't respond with any data. This can mean brokeness,
but it's also very easy to arrange my jmping your PC into
lala land - eg, into device configuration space in
the hole following real device registers.
- TO response from system bus during an instruction fetch -
nobody claims the address presented as being mapped by them.
Either some hardware has disappeared (unlikely) or you've
presented an out-of-range physical address.
I'd guess the last one is pretty like - boot code installs
a silly translation into the IMMU and when it executes at that
VA it's translated into a daft PA that gives a timeout.

HI,
Hardware works fine.
Solaris runs also fine.
There is now Hardware problem.
You probably wanted to say "there is no hardware problem", or more
concisely:
s/now/no/
Right?

Yeah: use Solaris on this hardware.

I'm not sure if that's even possible. I'd try very hard
to change the mind of whoever told you to do this. Even
if it is possible, it's not advisable.
