Our Sun T5220 server is running Solaris 10 (09/10). The ILOM is of
Version 3.0.10.3.a r59348.

We need to forward "live" each ILOM message to a remote syslog server/
IP address via command line setup. Could anyone let me know how to
set this up please ?

Thanks Bill

Got to take a look at page 86. What does this section mean ?

Type one of the following commands to set the working directory:
■ For a rackmounted server SP: cd /SP/clients/syslog
■ For a blade server SP in chassis: cd /CH/BLn/SP/clients/syslog
■ For a CMM: cd /CMM/clients/syslog

We have the ALOM prompt "sc>" and just need to direct all ILOM logs to
the remote syslog server real time via CLI. Any idea what the
commands and steps should be. Thanks a lot, Bill

It means TYPE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS. What do you think it
means? Try typing all of them if you have no idea what you're doing.
You can't do any harm with "cd" commands.
