How to find semaphore ID from pid

I have searched and experimented with command like ipcs, lsof, ps -ef,
to find the relationship between PID and semaphore ID, but to-date no
luck.
My purpose is finding hangup or run away semaphores, and using ipcrm
command to remove them.
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
