I've installed the artifical life program Tierra on a SPARCClassic running
SunOS 5.3. There exists a monitor program, Almond, to view what Tierra is
doing.

Almond is written for X11R4.

When I start Almond, I get the error message

Error: XtCreateWidget requires non-NULL widget class.

What could that mean, and how can it be fixed?

Some more information:

- The function XtCreateWidget doesn't appear in the source-code. The function
XtCreateManagedWidget is used instead.
- Nowhere a NULL widget class is explicitley used. The widget classes
appearing in the source-code are formWidgetClass, scrollbarWidgetClass,
commandWidgetClass and labelWidgetClass.

Any suggestions?
