Hi,

I'm working on a Sun a Netra T1125 for a project, Ultra 60 m/b.
It's running FreeBSD Sparc 11 rel, packages built, including
vnc server and more. It has 16 x 128MB, 2GB, but running zfs,
could really do with some more. Were there any 256Mb simms
made that will fit this machine and if so, would 4mB total work,
supported or not. Has anyone tried this ?...

Thanks,

Chris

I think the OP is trying to find an undocumented fix - as his machine is
already maxxed out at 2GB

Personally, I suspect that the chipset / hardware is going to be the
limiting factor, and that the idea is a non-starter - but the first
question to answer is ... are there any 256MB DIMMs around which will
physically fit in the slots ?

I believe the 256MB DIMMs for the Ultra 80 are the same form factor.
