Problem, no users can "see" the SCO box running Samba in their network
neighboorhood BUT they can access the shared directories and printers by
typing in the name of the box ie., \\glass in their explorer menu bar.
Question, is this a browsing problem? Is it related to the NT box? Has
anyone experience with this type of problem and can they offer a
suggestion as to configuration of my smb.conf file?
I have tried different things but still cannot browse. TIA.

That's nice. Duz it have a version number? Did you use any experimental
parts and pieces like the NT PDC emulator?

I can think of a few things that might be wrong. However, methinks by
running the 10ea tests in:
http://us1.samba.org/samba/docs/DIAGNOSIS.html
will yield faster results than my guesswork. Without a look at your
smb.conf file, I don't think I can even make a decent guess. Check the
"browseable" parameter as in:
http://us1.samba.org/samba/docs/man/smb.conf.5.html#browseable
