I have Billion TA 128 ISDN modem. Is it possible to connect it to my 5.0.6?

Modems don't have drivers. They have chat scripts. There a thousand in
/usr/lib/uucp/default, but I'd just use an atdialer with a default file
whose contents depend entirely on what your modem handbook says are the
commands it understands.
