HTML version of SUSv4 updated to include TC1

The Open Group announced today that the freely available HTML version
of the Base volumes of the Single UNIX Specification, version 4 (aka
POSIX.1-2008) have been updated to a 2013 edition that incorporates
Technical Corrigendum 1.

The online version has been updated in place, so those of you who
access it online will just automatically see the new version. However,
if you have a downloaded copy for local access, you should download the
new version from www.opengroup.org/bookstore/catalog/c138.htm

Is there a version that is not only called "FREE" but actualy IS free?
(I.e. one that is directly accessible without the need to register and
give away (non-free) personal information.) :-(
