HELP! The 'wdpi' device in BSDI 2.1

Hello, All!

Please help me. I have BSDI 2.1 I need CD-ROM on ISA. In BSDI GENERIC config
file for kernel i found device 'wdpi'
I included this device my kernel and kernel found this CD-ROM. But i didn't
need the special files /dev/*wdpi* and didn't find the related major number
of file node for wdpi in /sys/i386/conf/ioconf.c.i386 file. Please, answer
me: BSDI 2.1 doesn't support wdpi or it does? I need any inforamtion about
this problem
