No music on little big adventure

I am running little big adventure under dosemu but I cannot get the music to
work.

The sound effects work ok, if I choose the following settings from within
SETUP.EXE:
Soundblaster Pro 2, Address 220h, IRQ 5, DMA Channel 1
However, I cannot get music using those settings.
(My hardware is not really a Soundblaster.)
Has anyone managed to get music for Little Big Adventure working in dosemu?
