I suspect my CDE environmant is overriding my TZ variable as set by /
etc/TIMEZONE. Whenever I login at the console, I see that my TZ
variable is set to US/Central. However, if I rsh, rlogin, or telnet
to the same system, the TZ variable is set to GMT (which is according
to the /etc/TIMEZONE file).
