PageUp key does not well in CDE

Hi,
Recently I met an annoying problem, PageUp key does not work as
before, it seems it was remap to "<PageUp>+"
Generally in dtterm, pressing <PageUp>, it should scroll up, but now
it stays there and shows a '+'.
In firefox, pressing <PageUp>, Quickfind will occurs and shows a '+'.

But PageDown works well. And there is another strange scenario, after
logout and relogin, I tried <PageUp> in dtterm, sometimes it works
well, however at most of time it works as "<PageUp>+".
The OS is Solaris 10.
Anybody has idea about it?
