Well, it isn't actually released until the announcement has been sent
out, see the schedule:

Which CVS tag did you use for your source?

RELENG_7 or RELENG_7_0? RELENG_7 Gave me RC2 lact time I tried, and
RELENG_7_0 game me "PRERELEASE"
