Can I ask why you need disktab entries? If it's for disklabel, then
"auto" should do the trick; if not, then a minimalistic entry of
st31200nc:ty=winchester:dt=SCSI:rm#5411:se#512:nc#ccc:nt#hhh:ns#ss
should do the trick, where ccc=cylinders, hhh=heads and ss=sectors/track.
These settings should probably be taken from what the bios thinks is
your disc geometry rather than what the spec sheet says AFAIK.
