Memory PLOTECH question

Hello.
I have got 4 used sticks of ram of PLOTECH company. The seller told me that
it is 4x128Mb for servers IBM RS/6000 models f50,h50,h80,f80,m80 but i
haven't can test them still.
About this i have a doubt, because on the boards memory i can read "256Mb
kit for F50" ver.1.0, but on the reverse there is a adhesive paper with this
numbers:
68kzqto2r6 -- 16x72------ sdram---- tor 810
128Mb P/N:93h4702

What of both is true, 128Mb or 256Mb ?
What are specifications of this memory. It works with ibm rs/6000 ? I cannot
find it.
