the numbers go from 1 - 5 i believe. 1 being the most serious. you have a 2.
this can mean a new drive is necessary. i would try cleaning first. see if it
helps. ibm also once recommended a procedure to me to clear the memory from the
tape drive... although i dont remember the commands...? anyone else remember?
perhaps call ibm to find out...
