lsvg: not found

Please, what do I have to install so I can use lsvg, getlvodm,lsps?
I use AIX 4.3.
When I try to use any of these commands I see a error message:
lsps: not found (for example)

These files are contained in bos.rte.lvm and the binaries live in
/usr/sbin.

It is unlikely that your system would operate were this fileset not
installed.

Check that /usr/sbin is in your path.

The commands reside in /usr/sbin directory.
Check your PATH environment variable to
make sure you are looking there for the commands.

If not there, then you'll need to install them (which I don't
understand why they were not when the os was installed?!).

These are in the /usr/sbin directory, and part of the base OS (ie, you
can't install
AIX without getting these). I suspect you don't have your path set to
include that
directory in its search path.
