Upgrade to TL12

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade AIX 5.3 TL8 to TL12
what I did below
what I missed ?

Check the results of the update_all -- the rest of your output suggests
that your install source is missing filesets or the update_all failed to
complete (out of disk space, perhaps).

BTW what is the right command to install a TL ?

You can identify the missing fileset(s) by
instfix -icq | grep _ML | grep ":-:"

There also is a equivalent oslevel command, but the old one works for
decades now...

to get the TL12 ok ?

also do a

oslevel -rl 5300-12

did you just download the tl12-sp2 pack and not snag tl12-base as well?
