cfgmgr error code

Hello, on VIOS partition(version.1.4.1.2-FP-9.2, POWER6) I have FC card.
When I use comand cfgmgr I receive :


Completed method for: fscsi0, Elapsed time = 31
return code = 61
****************** no stdout ***********
****************** no stderr ***********
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgefscsi -l fscsi0 ):
0514-061 Cannot find a child device. )

It's easy: Nothing is on that channel.
Put a device on that fibrechannel, and the error (in this case only an
information) is gone.
