Tape RECOVERED_ERROR

Hello,

We are getting the following message when our backup running on 3590
Tape Drive. But, when we diagnose, It is saying there is no problem
with the Tape Drive. Can you please let me know what might be the
problem. Is there any tool to read the error sense data.
