Good C++ Profiler? Quantify replacement????

Hello all,
Can anyone suggest a good C++ code profiler for use on an RS6000 running
AIX 4.1.5.0? I'm completely addicted to Pure Atria's Quantify but
unfortunately it isn't available for AIX. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
