The more I learn about UNIX the more impressed with it I am. Truly, DOS (my
native environment) has little "under the hood" compared to UNIX. The sendfax
command is part of that. I cannot seem to find information on how to set up
the felxfax server that is required for theis. If I have a fax/modem on my
web server, how can I configure my system to use that as a fax port?

Thanks for the hints!

Well thanx for the confirmation the Un*x us the one true operating
system (JUST KIDDING!!! --- PLEASE NO FLAMES!!!).

As to sendfax, I use it and love it...

As to how to set it up, get the original distribution source code of
"mgetty+sendfax" from sunsite.unc.edu and follow the instructions. It worked
for me. The documentation, in the postscript manual, is great and the author
is very willing to help via e-mail.
