There is a free report complete with rankings on DSL providers near your
home, by a company called 2Wire. It's fast (about 10 seconds at 56K) and
lists providers nationally, including ADSL/IDSL/RADSL/SDSL, expected
bandwidth based on distance from CO, install + monthly costs, provider phone
numbers and web addresses. The report shows people's reviews, too.
