Please forgive me if the issue already known question, but I didn't find the
answer ...

Can I have a look on the things appearing on the user's terminal who logged
in via telnet ?

Our company wrote and sells a product called PEEK. This
software will let you see what someone is doing, and also lets
you type on behalf of another user. No kernel mods, no device
drivers, no relink/reboot to install.

An even better program, in my opinion, is DoubleVision. It does modify
the
kernel and you do have to reboot to install it. I use it as part of a
standard install for any Unix box. If proper security restrictions are
lifted, you can remotely see ANYONE's login and entire session, record
it, play it back, etc...
It is a godsend for debugging problems remotely. Peek can only begin
after a
person has logged on, but If that's all you need that that would serve
the same
purpose...
