How to capture data sent to remote printer?

I am trying to capture data that is sent to a remote printer. My
remote printer is an old dot-matrix printer with a built in modem.

To capture data I am running Procom Plus for Windows. The systems
connect but nothing is being displayed in Procom window. When the data
is sent to printer, print is OK. I have tried changing various
communication parameters such as baud rate, parity, etc. without any
success.

If you have an idea of what should be done to capture the data, please
let me know.
