I'm feeling better at night!

A pleasant comment about my mood: I haven't had the "unsettled feeling" at night since the evening of May 7, i.e., I felt fine on May 7th at night and I have felt at night since then. The key was that at this point, I can go to bed within 30 minutes of taking my meds and eating, turn the lights off (I think that's key), and try to go to bed without a "get tired and cool down" phase lying on the sofa with the lights on for a few hours. I did that in the past and I think it helped when the issue was a problem, but I found that I should just go straight to bed soon after taking my meds, eating, and brushing my teeth...so I'm optimistic that I will have the "bad feeling" probably 0 more times, maybe up to 2 or 3 more times at the most...I'll feel safer from that feeling after a month has passed.
