I'm trying to create bullet text that like the one below that the
second line would indent to make A, B, C etc stand out more.

A. text text text text
text text text
B. text text text
text text

I checked the RTF specification, except located a control word like
\pnucltr, there is no example on how it is used.

I then save bullet text typed in Word to RTF. By looking at the code,
it's something like this before the text.
{\listtext\pard\plain\ltrpar \rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \b
\lang1033\langfe1033\langfenp1033\insrsid8586989 \hich\af0\dbch
\af0\loch\f0 A.\tab}

but adding this does not work either.

What is the simplest way to have a bullet text in RTF?

Thanks,
