(non-Java, free software) Fast Infoset implementations?

I wonder, are there any Fast Infoset [1] implementations, that
are both free software [2], and aren't based on Java?
I've tried searching Debian's packages database [3], CPAN [4],
and generic Web search, but to no avail.
