Latex Error: 'foils.cls' not found

Hi,
I have installed teTeX from the main teTeX download page.
Installation was successful. But whenever i run
#latex wv98.tex (wv98.tex being one of my file)
i get an error saying:

!LaTeX Error: File 'foils.cls' not found.

I did not see foils.cls in my /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/
directory.
I copied foils.tex,foils.cls into the directory and ran the command
#texhash

But this did not solve the problem. It says the same error.

Can anyone help in this regard.

FoilTeX (foils.cls) is not included in TeX-distributions as
teTeX/MiKTeX because of it's licence.

The following files are part of FoilTeX:

fltfonts.def foil20.clo foil30.clo foils.sty
foil17.clo foil25.clo foils.cls foilshrt.clo

If you don't have all these files download them from CTAN. Then put
them in

/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf-local/tex/latex/foiltex (*) or
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/tex/latex/foiltex

and run mktexlsr/texhash. Then it should work.

(*) You should but private/local additions to teTeX in the local
texmf tree if not it will/might be overwritten by the next upgrade.
