Looking at the man pages this should be simple : -sOutputFile=test%d.xyz
However, using one of the following commands only produces one
file named:
test1.pdf for "gs -q -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=test%d.pdf
test.pdf quit.ps" or
test1.eps for "gs -q -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=epswrite -sOutputFile=test%d.eps
test.pdf quit.ps" or
test1.ps for "gs -q -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=epswrite -sOutputFile=test%d.ps
test.pdf quit.ps"
that contains both pages (even for eps!?!)
The -q -dNOPAUSE options or quit.ps at the end don't effect the
result
I also tried starting from a ps-file instead of the pdf-file, same
result !?
When using psselect, the pages will be separated, however lpr refuses
to print them
(They are visible/readable in ghostview and gv ) ??
When including the files from psselect in tex they show shortly
in gv / ghostsript but
are blanked after processing (i.e. the pages are white after everything
has been read)
Has anyone an idea if this is a bug in gs5.50 or
how to resolve my problem
I really dont't know how to proceed at the moment....
With best regards

Look at gstools/gs5.50/Use.htm#PDF_switches
-dFirstPage=pagenumber
-dLastPage=pagenumber
-sPSFile=filename
