LaTeX Error: Unknown graphics extension: .eps.

Dear All,
I got a problem using TexShop. the error I get is : LaTeX Error:
Unknown graphics extension: .eps.
I am using TexShop on my mac. The two packages that I really need is:
footbib and psfrag. I am using the achemso bib sty file to generate
my refs.
Does anyone know if some of that is causing me the problems?
I dont seem to understand how I get dvi to ps - where the psfrag works
and then how to convert it all to pdf??
Please someone.

The default processing in TeXShop is pdflatex, which won't allow
inclusion of eps files or use of psfrag. In the Typeset Menu of
TeXShop, choose "TeX and DVI" instead of "Pdftex" and you should have no
problems.
