EMTEX Printer drivers and/or Ghostscript and HP Deskjet 710c

Does anyone knnow how to print to the HP Deskjet 710c printer using either
the Emtex printer drivers or Ghostscript. I'm not having any luck with
either the Emtex prthpdj batch file or the Ghostscript cdjcolor, cdjmono etc
drivers. I'm having to work under DOS 6.22.

When I copy /b the file to lpt1 I get no response at all from the printer
(which works ok connected to an NT machine using the Windows driver).

If I am not totally wrong you are lost here. I remember vaguely
that the 710c is a win GDI printer that may be used in a Dos
box under windows but not on a stand-alone dos machine.

Afaik with emtex You are never lost. Have a look at the description in
emtex how to use the printer drivers. There must be described how You can
print on printers with small memory size. It is something with printing as
graphics.
Hope You will find it. The printer manual in emtex is pretty large.
