cornell phd thesis & latex

Before I reinvent the wheel, is there anyone out there with a
handy dandy PhD thesis template for Cornell. As far as I can
tell, the Graduate School offers only M$ Wurd templates.

There are two on our system, one for LaTeX 2.09 and another for
LaTeX2e. I'm using the latter, but it seems to have a couple of minor
things wrong so I've modified it. Let me know which you're interested
in.
