New Features and Improvements:

- the --pkgname option:

This option marks the package name using the \ctanbibpkgname command. You can
redefine this command in your document to format the package name according to
your preferences.

- preserving the original letter case of package names:

In response to user feedback, I've made a significant change. The package names
in the BibTeX title field are no longer automatically capitalized. They retain
their original letter case.
