In AMSTeX's (and AMSLaTeX's) font msb10 there is symbol 6E (in hex) called
\ltimes (in AMSTeX). This font (in both metafont and pk format) can be ftped
from mathinfo.ams.com (130.44.1.100). This font has so called "blackboard
bold" letters A ... Z, which are ideal for names of different number sets.
