Notepad++ includes a syntax highlighter for TeX. Besides that, what
exactly are you looking for?

Thank you very much. I tried it but I could not manage the following part:
***
Add the batch file as a run command:
Notepad++ -> Run -> <PATH_TO_BAT_FILE> $(CURRENT_DIRECTORY) $(NAME_PART)
***
I created the bat file, and then I go to the Run in Notepad, but I am not
sure what exactly I should write in the run...?

Just choose the bat-file via the [...] button. Don't forget to save the
command.
