they are available. Walter said that he uploaded
the file to CTAN.

ok, it seems that these fonts exist, but haven't found their way to ctan
yet.


thanks for the infos, herbert and walter, i will contact martti or just wait
for a while until he upload them to ctan.

I have now just uploaded them to CTAN, sorry about the delay. At the moment you
