Dear all,

this question haunted me for long. I use " xxxxxxx" in my paper, but after
compile, they always appear in paper as left quatation mark... but we need
right quatation mark on the right hand side... can anybody tell me how to
make right quotation mark in Latex?

thanks a lot,

-Walala

As I told you before. Please read a LaTeX primer like lshort and all
such questions will be answered.

What you really need to do is use `` for left double quotes and '' for
right double quotes.
