Hi There,
I used custom-bib to create the attached bst file. IOP used its
output without
changes on a recent manuscript, so it's probably pretty close.

A couple of things - firstly, please don't send MIME attachments to
comp.text.tex; and *PLEASE* don't send such huge posts to comp.text.tex
at all - the data you sent was of interest to one person, and should
have been emailed to them, not news posted to every news server in the
world. It chews up bandwidth horribly - some of us have to pay to
download it. Your action has fed possibly US$<thousands> to the various
telecoms firms who benefit from this kind of thing.
