My documents are trying to use t1enc fonts, because I'm from Mexico, so
I'm writing spanish. Do you know which font should I use, or how to fix
this problem??.

Thank you very much.

You need to use Type1 EC fonts.

While PdfTeX can use PK fonts, the results will not look very nice.
[this is likely what is happening with dvi2ps conversion.]

Type1 EC fonts are a standard part of the VTeX distribution, see

Bitmapped fonts look very ugly in PDF.
For use of CM fonts with T1 encoding (EC) you can try
packages 'ae' or 'zefonts'. They map the CM fonts
(available as Type1/PostScript) to T1 encoding.

They are available on CTAN of course:

CTAN:fonts/ae/
CTAN:fonts/zefonts/

Installing (texmf tree):
There are three (four) types of files:
a) *.tfm ==> texmf/fonts/tfm/public/{ae,zefonts}/
b) *.vf ==> texmf/fonts/vf/public/{ae,zefonts}/
c) TeX files (*.fd, *.sty, ...) ==>
texmf/tex/latex/{ae,zefonts}/
d) dvips stuff (slantcm.*) ==>
texmf/dvips/zefonts/

I don't know the specialities of miktex. But there is a mailing list
"miktex" at "majo...@dsts.dk".
