Package actuarialangle provides commands to typeset the "angle"
symbol denoting a duration in actuarial notation.

Default spacing between the duration and the right descender
was changed in version 2.0 of the package (with an option to
revert to previous behaviour).

The package now also provides an over angle bracket symbol (or
"roof") to emphasize joint status when ambiguity is possible.

Finally, proper documentation is now included.
