[ANN] Sauterized WN (LH) fonts.

I have uploaded today to CTAN parameter files for the WN (LH) fonts, in
an encoding (hopefully) usable by babel. They should propagate shortly
to the rest of the network.

The Sauter package (of which the WN-LH parameters files are a part) can
be found at "[tex-archive_root]/fonts/cm/sauter24/". My favorite mirror
(non-cannonical...) is
"ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/tex/uk-tex/fonts/cm/sauter24/". You
will also need the files found under "[tex-archive_root]/fonts/LH". And
if you intend to use babel, you will also need hyphenations patterns for
russian, but unfortunately I do not know where to find these.
