I downloaded ProTEX and set up a Mike tex program but it view on .dvi
files.
How can I see this file I am interested in?
You need to compile the texfile (probably twice). I must say that it
is rather impolite of this archivenot to provide a directly viewable
version of the file. I would complain.

bibtex doomsrev
and then repeat the compilation to pdf. Sometimes it is needed to repeat
to get everything right. I always forget when exactly :-)
Cheers,
Patrick
indeed, twice.

but while you're waiting for the complaint to have effect, see
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~rf10/doomrev.pdf
(i went and ate dinner, then thought "someone *must* do this.
no-one's posted that they have, so ...)
copied to op.

Almost certainly a mistake: the .tex was posted instead of the .dvi. The
site suggests using windvi as a viewer.

the link at the bottom of the page points to a ps version, btw.

Actually that's a different paper from 2001. I wanted the 2005
version.
Thanks to Robin for posting the ps!
