Hi,
Even using the settings -dTextAlphaBits=4 -dGraphicsAlphaBits=4 the
quality of anti-alias producd by GS seems not "high" compared to some
other tools (example Photoshop or PDF2Image).
Any suggestion?

try to use one of the latest
*pdftoppm* versions (*pdftoppm* is included in *poppler utils*)
- http://poppler.freedesktop.org/
with -aa switch (for antialias)
despite to its name, pdftoppm can produce also other filetype in addition
to ppm
