How to create PDF files with the title structure of the original document as
bookmarks? Normally with PDFMaker. But while setting up Acrobat Pro 9,
PDFMaker is not set up on ancien releases of the pack office (for instance
I'm still working on Office 2000).
Would it be possible to set it up manually on Word for exeample? Otherwise
would it be possible to create PDF with bookmarks automatically without
using PDFMaker?
Thanks a lot for your help.

I think LaTeX with hyperref does this automatically.

May be possible with OpenOffice.

Adobe had released the source code of PDFMaker for Acrobat 3.0 a long
time ago, which then was taken by a bright guy and modified to meet his
own requirements. The result is an updated and extended version of
PDFMaker which will run with any decent pdf producing software (from
Distiller to Ghostscript) and Word versions 97 to 2003.
It can be FREELY dowloaded from

hope that helps
