An index is not just a PDX file. It's actually a collection of ay
least nine directories with their corresponding contents. There's no
particular reson why anyone should put one of these on the web, as
it's useless unless the whole structure is reassembled on your hard
disk.
Perhaps a good place to start is Adobe's "Acrobat Reader" CDROM. This
contains many samples, and I'm pretty sure it has one or more indexes.
